We recognize that all our patients are unique and deserve to receive orthodontic care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding orthodontic experience every time you visit our practice.
We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.
I love helping patients have an exceptional experience at our office. As an assistant, I work on patients to change wires, bond brackets, take impressions, offer oral hygiene instruction, and anything else Dr. Chapman would like done at each appointment. Most of all, I like to make sure our patients are comfortable! You will also find me occasionally greeting you at the front desk, where I schedule appointments, update charts, and go over patient contracts.
My favorite part of my job is working with a variety of ages and making patients happy by creating their beautiful smile. It’s incredible to watch each patient’s face when he or she views the beautiful new smile for the first time, and I celebrate along with them, smiling and laughing at the payoff for all their time and effort. I attended Vincennes University dental assisting program and I am certified in CPR/first aid and OSHA.
I am happily married to McColley. When not caring for our patients, I enjoy being outside with my husband, our families, and our 2 labs named Harvey and Hoosier.
There is a special bond between our office staff and our patients. Dr. Chapman shares my views on how important orthodontic care is for our patients. One of the things I love about working in orthodontics is that it is acceptable to be a perfectionist. I always work hard to provide patients with the best treatment during appointments because I want the result to be perfect and most importantly I want the patient to be completely astonished.
I learn something new every day by working in the orthodontic field. Applying the knowledge I absorb is important to me for being an outstanding assistant and friend. Getting to know each patient personally is my favorite aspect of being an orthodontic assistant. I attended the Indiana Dental academy and have over four years’ experience working in the dental field. I am always eager to answer all your questions, concerns or even fears you may have pertaining to orthodontic treatment.
Outside of work, I enjoy going on hikes, attending concerts, playing volleyball and cooking yummy food for my husband. We also enjoy shopping for classic vinyl records.
I am excited to be part of the team here at Chapman Orthodontics. I have many years of experience and even though I have been doing this a long time I still love coming to work everyday, building relationships with patients and parents. We have a great team here and we all have the same goals and enjoy working together. Creating beautiful smiles is very rewarding and one of the best parts of this job, along with seeing the patients confidence change with their smiles.
In my free time, I enjoy reading and traveling with my family. I have two children, Kevin and Dana and a daughter-in-law, Madison. My grandchildren Colton and Brynlee are the joy of my life, and I try to spend as much time as I can with them.
Office Manager/Clinical Assistant
I greet our patients with a smile and ensure that the office runs efficiently and smoothly. I am also a clinical assistant and x-ray certified. I enjoy interacting with all of our patients and getting to know them. My favorite part of working at Chapman Orthodontics is seeing the transformation in our patient’s smiles and confidence.
When I am not at the office, I love spending time with my husband, Matt, and our families. We both love traveling to any place with a beach and sunshine, being outdoors, and seeing movies. We have two sweet fur babies, Dempsey and Shiloh.
Treatment Coordinator/Clinical Assistant
As treatment coordinator and assistant, I welcome new patients to our office and assist Dr. Chapman during a patient's initial visit. I explain the process of the placement of orthodontic appliances and what to expect at the visits, work out financial arrangements for our patients, explain their insurance benefits, ans assist Dr. Chapman during adjustment appointments.
I graduated in 2004 from Indiana University dental assisting program. I am an expanded functions dental assistant and hold a certificate in infection control, radiology, and dental assisting. I have been in the orthodontic field since 2004. My favorite part of my job is getting to meet new people, watching the kids grow up and seeing the end result of their orthodontic treatment: a beautiful smile!
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, gardening, family activities, and watching my boys play sports. I am married to the love of my life, Chuck and we have 3 amazing children.
I graduated from Ivy Tech Community College with a certificate in dental assisting, expanded functions, coronal polishing and licenses for dental radiology. I have experience in general dentistry but orthodontics would have to be my overall favorite.
My favorite part about working as an orthodontic assistant is creating confidence in each and every patient's smile. I love working with a wide range of ages because feeling beautiful and having confidence has no limit. A smile is worth a thousand words. I also enjoy working aside my Chapman Orthodontics family. Together we conquer all, care for our patients and most importantly give our patients the best treatment possible.
Outside of being a dental assistant, I enjoy spending time with my family, my husband Spencer, and our yellow Labrador named Bo. We love to go camping, hiking, fishing, swimming, target shooting, bonfires, and hanging out with our friends.
